I would really like to see the tech tree changed, what if you could not know what tech you are reseaching neither when it is going to be done the only thing you have control of is the science funding, when you get a tech NOW you are really discovering it.
What if you dicover flight now you can build planes, the civ you are at war with buys the technology but then it discovers flight so now this civ can build bombers and fighters meanig that you now have to discover flight, again, to be able to build turbo jets to keep up with them. this will give to all of those people all the units they want.
