Telling the AI to stuff it causes a condemnation, apparently. I told Kosovo that I would dig where I liked, and Thakur popped up and said that she shared my opinion and perhaps our joint condemnation would teach them a lesson. I had not done any condemning per se, however.

I think this is a new thing.

I think it's just buggy as hell. Had that Playboy-Guy contact me every ~10 turns last game, telling me to stop digging up stuff in his neighborhood, although I had probably not done that for 100 turns or so.
