I would like to forest chop (or mine the forested hill) the city for a settler (or granary).

Some time ago some of our brave citizens decided to move out and find other places to inhabit. They've finally found a good spot and intend on settling it soon. I've been asked to lead them, so it's time for me to resign as deputy and start doing the real job. Hopefully we can work together until the end of the term.
