In the interest of allowing people who want to make their nomination decisions at the last minute, can we please set an earliest time that nominations will be closed?

I remembered that mistake from last term , so if you had checked each nomination post for the upcoming term you would have seen this statement:

The nominations thread will close by 2:00 pm (1900 GMT) on April 25^th.

But the original problem with a statement exactly like this one last term was that it meant nominations will close before 2pm without stating how much before -- and they were actually closed something like 8 hours earlier . I'm wanting a statement that it will be after 2pm.

The problem last term was that I didn't state when the nominations would close at all, instead I stated the latest time I would post the polls. End of nominations wasn't even mentioned in those threads.

Trying to fix it this term apparently doesn't work either, so let's do it this way.

Official EO Statement: All nomination polls will close at 1900 GMT on the 25^th of this month (April). Even if I (the EO) do not post that the threads are closed, I will not officially accept any nomination or acceptance post that is posted after 1900 GMT on the 25^th of this month (April).
