Term 4 - Nominations for Commander of Armed Forces

Please submit a nomination for the Tatical Poistion of Commander of Armed Forces. You may self-nominate yourself, or nominate someone else. Only those nominations that are accepted by the nominated candidate will proceed to the election polls.

Micromanages the military 
                operations against foreign countries and unit 
                (excluding worker, settler, and non-military transport) 
                movements.

I thank greekguy and mhcarver for their support. Although I thoroughly enjoyed this position, I will decline because I want to experience other parts of the game, and because I want to give other citizens the opportunity to fill this position while it is still interesting.

I nominate Ranger99 for this position. He's a new and active citizen, and is showing an interest in military affairs.

This will be a fun position this coming term. I nominate mad-bax and Furiey for it. Either one would do a superb job.

This is one of the positions I have not held yet and it should (barely) fit into my time constraints, so I will Accept the nomination.

DaveShack will do a good job. We're lucky to have a candidate of his high quality.

Question for the candidate: What will your general policy be towards homeland defense? Do you advocate a defender in every city? Speedy but few defenders (like Cavs) that can effectively cover large areas? No defenders at all?
