Furiey hasn't technically appointed me as governor of Augean Stables yet, but anyways I'll combine its thread (which would be pretty boring and unuseful) with the Expatriate Governor thread.

Governor: me
Deputy: Why do I feel the need to mention this position that basically is permanently vacant?

Here is Augean Stables in 1776 AD (I screwed up the screenshot and I don't feel like fixing it; nothing much has changed):

It has 8% corruption (in 1818).

Here is Berlin in 1818 AD:

It has 14% corruption and 11% waste.

Here is Besancon in 1818 AD:

It has 15% corruption.

Here is Rome in 1818 AD:

It has 19% corruption.

Here is Istakhr in 1818 AD:

It has 13% corruption.

Here is Samarra in 1818 AD:

It has 18% corruption.

Here is Oxford in 1818 AD:

It has 10% corruption.

Here is Kyoto in 1818 AD:

It has 17% corruption and 14% waste.

I'll be gone from March 3 to March 12, so screenshots of Samarra, Oxford, and Kyoto during that time would be appreciated. That and this thread are why I've got so long a build queue prepared. I've got the instructions ready, so I'll post them here now:

Berlin:
Build queue:
military or wealth or spaceship parts
build nuclear plant and mass transit when possible

Besancon:
Build queue:
military or wealth or spaceship parts
build nuclear plant and mass transit when possible

Rome:
Build queue:
military or wealth or spaceship parts

Istakhr:
Build queue:
military or wealth or spaceship parts
build nuclear plant and mass transit when possible

Augean Stables:
Build queue:
military or wealth or spaceship parts
build nuclear plant and mass transit when possible

Samarra:
Build queue:
market->library->courthouse->factory->police station->hospital->university->research lab->bank->commercial dock->stock exchange->nuclear plant->mass transit

Micromanagement:
turn 0: citizens should work fish, 2 BGs, rubber, 2 mined grass (4f, 44s, 4fpt, 6spt)
turn 4: switch new citizen from grass to specialist (civil engineer not needed; if the city is still content, don't need to hire the specialist, switch him to irrigated grass instead) (0f, 77s, 2fpt, 8spt)
turn 7: market->library
switch specialist to irrigated grass (6f, 0s, 6fpt, 8spt)
turn 12: library->courthouse
switch irrigated grass to mined grass (36f, 0s, 4fpt, 9spt)

Worker priorities:
railroad and mine the three grasses; railroad the forest, if you chop it, you'll have to change the micromanagement
join workers at some point if you want

Oxford:
Build queue:
FP->courthouse->university->research lab->bank->harbor->factory->commercial dock->stock exchange->police station->nuclear plant->mass transit

Micromanagement:

turn 3: mine grass (6f, 29s, 4fpt, 17spt)
turn 6: court->university

turn 7: switch mined grass to irrigated grass (24f, 17s, 8fpt, 15spt)
turn 9: new citizen should be working mined grass (0f, 49s, 8fpt, 17spt)
turn 12: university->research lab (16f, 0s, 8fpt, 17spt)

Worker priorities:
chop, railroad, and mine the marshes (if there's a BG hiding, change the micromanagement to take advantage of it)
join workers at some point if you want

Kyoto:
Build queue:
market->library->courthouse->university->research lab->police station->stock exchange->nuclear plant->mass transit

Micromanagement:
turn 0: citizens should work 4 irrigated BGs, irrigated grass, 2 civil engineers (12f, 18s, 8fpt, 5spt)
turn 1: switch 2 civil engineers to mined BG, hill
mine 3 BGs (18f, 23s, 5fpt, 20spt)
turn 4: irrigate BG (33f, 83s, 7fpt, 18spt)
turn 5: market->library
new citizen should be working mined grass
switch irrigated grass, mined grass to ivories (0f, 0s, 7fpt, 19spt)

mine BG, switch ivory to mined grass (36f, 0s, 4fpt, 27spt)
turn 12: new citizen should be working mined plain (0f, 31s, 3fpt, 31spt)

Worker priorities:
have ENE ivory railroaded by turn 5
have nonivory plain mined by turn 12
railroad all tiles and clear pollution
join workers at some point if you want

The micromanagement may be altered based on worker actions or pollution.
WLTKD increasing production would be nice.

Governor TimBentley,

You may find your cities somewhat different to how you left them. The mainland cities now have Mass Transit Systems and Nuclear Plants, the 2nd continent cities have had workers joined and several improvements rushed by the disbanding of some of our no longer needed Cannon, Artillery and Bombers. Unfortunately Samarra dropped out of WLTCD and was 2 shields short of it's build as a result!

Oh yes, I appoint you Governor of The Augean Stables - how could I have forgotten to do that!

Second post updated. The instructions for the next turnchat are basically updated from the previous ones, other than some specialist changes and realized Samarra can't build a nuclear plant

Berlin:
Build queue:
wealth or spaceship parts

Besancon:
Build queue:
wealth or spaceship parts

Rome:
Build queue:
wealth or spaceship parts

Istakhr:
Build queue:
wealth or spaceship parts

Augean Stables:
Build queue:
wealth or spaceship parts

Samarra:
Build queue:
university->research lab->bank->commercial dock->stock exchange->solar plant->mass transit
build offshore platform when possible

Oxford:
Build queue:
factory->commercial dock->stock exchange->police station->nuclear plant->mass transit
build offshore platform when possible

Kyoto:
Build queue:
stock exchange->nuclear plant->mass transit

Join workers in Samarra, Oxford, or Kyoto if available
Continue the disbanding to rush improvements in Samarra, Oxford, and Kyoto
