Can you explain the above statement? It seems to me that MSAV led the way in voting to postpone the FP for a Cav Army way back in the day. That Army sat through 30+ corrupt turns before going on to prove its worth by losing 10 hit points in its first battle. What's up with that?

MSAV only fought the war, the people voted for the Cavalry Army. The first battle in Tugela was against an entrenched veteran rifleman division with city walls on a hill.
We needed to wear that down first, as it showed that the city held 5 defending units.
