The first 3 will never happen and will never be allowed to happen. The last one has already happened so it's been solved.Pakistan just needs to stop funding terroists and give up claim to all of Kashmir and we can become friends.

India will not give it to Pakistan. pakistan will not give it to India. Even if Kashmir was made independent how long do you think it will last? India dos'nt wnat it independent, Pakistan dose'nt want it independent. Taking a vote is difficult. Since people can be coereced anbd votes can be rigged.

There's no need to do anything. The US has no real interests in Kashmir. The conflict has been kept local and doesn't threaten any US interests or resources. Let Pakistan and India figure it out.
