I liked it very much. It was certainly entertaining and made me very interested in the scenario (I am now eagerly waiting for the release).

Screenshots: To make huge ones you simply need to copy and paste smaller ones together. This is how I do it - time consuming yes but it does work

SPAM WITH A VIRUS ATTACHED: Not just spam which is bad enough but all of them have a virus attached! Over 2500 emails with all containing a virus: WORM SOBER.S Funny thing is in some cases the email is sent from my email account teturkhan@hotmail.com back to me! All the other emails are from sources I don't know-well aside from Martin Isak from DyP (RaR) & Elucidus who are also sending me this virus (guess their accounts have been hijacked too). Just brutal really - if I turn up my security I risk missing real emails... Anyone else experiencing this also or is it just me?

that is a common issue. we get over 1000 spam e-mails a day, many with viruses. These come from what appears to be our e-mail account (sales@aspdotnetstorefront.com) but are in reality not coming from our mail server. They are sent from an infected PC who may have at some point in time come into contact with our business, so our e-mail (sales@aspdotnetstrorefront.com) was found on their machine, so the virus pretended it was us, and sent out from there, then moved to their next e-mail, did the same, etc...

So people think our business is spamming, but it's not if you closely look at the mail headers. This is very common in today's i-net...

Your ISP should be virus checking...our ISP put in a baraccuda firewall, and virus e-mails were cut 90+%...with no lost of real business e-mails (to our knowledge).

Your host/isp should be fixing this for you!

I remember last year sometime this became problematic but then the spam tapered off. The new wave just started this past Monday and both my MSN & Hotmail accounts only.

I need specific help with the TeTurkhan variants of Civ. Can I please get responses from those people who play this scenario?

I need to know if you play the most recent (that I know of ... I may be wrong ... I'm new to this) variant to this scenario.

You know ... the one posted on TeTurkhan's person site ... the one you have to install a version 1.66 to delete things, and then install a version 1.93 to play it.



I would really appreciate some help, from anyone who actually plays that version 1.93. Thanks!

Wow, I guess this is what happens when RL conspires against your Internet time for a few months... Is it too late to sign up for the developement team? I'm not very confident in my credentials as a programmer, but I'd definitely be willing to research Civilopedia entries and squash bugs. My free time for the next week is zilch - I'm surprised I've got the time today - but after that I should be home free for the rest of the summer.
