Texas Flag

Everytime I play with Texas the flag is white. I have tried to rename the file like the MOD creator said, but I still get a white flag. Any suggestions?

The alpha channel needs to be set to black. Open the flag dds file with DXTBmp, and click on the alpha channel area. Fill it in with black and save.
