I am a bit disappointed. I was looking forward to retaking Alexandria and taking on the Brits and French in Africa.

This looks to be my last Civ3 game and coming close to my last Civ PBEM for a while anyway. I certainly enjoyed playing against you guys and look forward to more sometime in the future. It has been fun. Thanks.

I know from my point of veiw this was very interesting.

Because this thread remains long after the game is over, readers often read parts of these threads.

If you have anything you would like me to add to the begining of the thread, add here at the end and I will certainly copy it up front for all to read

I personally as the Byzantine Empire was going for a population attempt even know England was considerably ahead of me, at some point though my workers and settlers abroad were going to join up with cities and raise the percent considerably.

I did not see a Victory Point win coming, that was a good surprise. Well done.

Hey,

Its a test of alliance for the 3 Kings. Even 2 can take on the Arabs but if all 3 plan a combined attack it could work. Ours was a haphazardly planned landing. Eclipse's Byzantines were played historically. Mostly. Except he wouldn't take my Hundreds & Hundreds of Gold coin per turn bribe to attack the Arabs.

The Arab capture of the relic gave him this points victory. My theory anyway.
