There is all the evidence you need.

Nice argument, ahahah.

I know that if i drink milk before i exercise, i feel very nauseated, not slow and sluggish.

I know that if you eat before you swim you can get sick, does that mean that all foods and liquids make you slow and sluggish??

The answer is No btw.

My argument still stands, while yours... well yours is just polishing my shoes.

Sorry mate, Your pseudo-science is utter crap, and btw do you know what psuedo-science means?

Your right. I drink 16 ounces before each workout and don't suffer much problems at all :p . The key?

eating any type of food right before working out or exercising will result in stomach problems most likely. Wait 45-60 minute and you will be fine.

I'm about 5'7'' and a little less than 120 lbs (like 118 or something last time I checked), and I don't consider myself skinny at all. And I hardly ever excersize. :p

Thats a pretty good weight for a woman:king: .

Seems like we have a failure to cooperate here. We are simply handling this in a mature and orderly fashion.

whoa man, i was just curious what would be the opposite of a weight-loss diet. I wouldn't really put it to use unless i take up wrestling again in the winter.

I just eat. Looks good, Smells good, it is not moving all that much, it is good. Not the best plan, but I have made it to this ripe old age (17), hasn't it?

I'm not sure what you're talking about, because obviously the kid "eats" or else he wouldn't be alive.

What the kid wants, I assume, is to gain muscle, lean muscle, not fat. I'm not sure what you meant by "made it to this ripe old age." Does that mean you have became shredded and ripped 200lbs muscle?

I'm not sure what you're trying to ask either, as there is not really such thing as "opposite" of "weight-loss" diet, as the term "weight-loss" itself isn't very specific, because a person can either lose lean muscle mass or fat, or both, or even water weight. Technically, the opposite of that would be "weight-gain," which isn't a good term either because one can either gain fat, lean muscle, water, or all them. So how do you expect to get a specific answer if you haven't even asked the right question?

I never said all food and drink makes you sluggish...

But I know from experience that I can drink Gatorade or water before I run and I have no problem, but if I drink a glass of milk, I get sick much faster.

I don't go by "scientific studies", I go by my own personal experience.

And personally, I understand this struggle because I have had a strong desire to gain weight in the past and used to eat tons of meat and dairy, chilli, bread, cheese etc. to try to bulk up and I ended up really messing up my system (candida). Will this happen to everyone? No, not right away, especially not if you're young, but one might as well learn the truth rather than accepting all the hype about nutrition without even understanding it.

Mummy (or whoever may be interested) here is a link to a good book about nutrition, health and life in genral. As you can see by the pic. the dude's pretty built so obviously what he is doing is effective.

These protein sources are incomplete. You obviously dont know what your talking about...

...and of course protien that are complete not like your crappy incomplete vegetables.

It is false that only animal products are a complete protein. Where do you think the burger you eat gets it's protein from, from the grass which the cow eats. That's why people pay $3 a shot for wheatgrass, it's a complete protein. When you eat meat you are eating a 2nd class protein. Even carnivores, such as tigers and wolfs, when they make a kill will eat the intestines first where all the digested vegtable matter is.

And lastly. What the fvck did you say "Good Luck Mum" for???
Cause I'm posting to offer advice to Mummy Man rather than spew off insults because someone else's views don't conform to what I read off of the back of my Cell Tech powder canister.

By the way if you didn't like the site why'd you sign up and post?

That is because Gatorade has an extremely high calorie content, and contains lots of sugars, as carbohydrates, which can act as quick energy, but if not burnt, will be stored as fat, therefore, those high caloric drinks should be avioded, as the amount of carbohydrates outweights its worthwhile effects for bodybuilding.

Whereas milk doesn't contain much carbohydrates, therefore it may not assist your short term running energy levels, but it does have protein which may later help condition and repair your torn microfibres.

A lot of things are made up of amino acids, such as plants, but many are missing certain amino acids while other plants are missing others, therefore they must be consumed in a unique combination and dosage, which is a huge hassle. However, many people make less progress with soy protein then say, whey protein, as it seems to lower testosterone levels in the long term.
