Once again I'd like to see some studies backiing up your bull**** claims. Its been shown athletes need more protein and if you'd like, I actually have studies.

Eating more protein has the same effect of eating more of any macronutrient. Calorie levels will increase. If you knew better, this would do the exact opposite of what you just said. The protein would be used to recover muscle tissue and build new muscle.

No one said you'll get sick and go to the hospital if your an athlete who doesnt get enough protien. Your progress will lack and you will probably feel weaker. Thats all. lmao a powerbar has 9 grams of protein per bar. Once again, a nice study to support your ****ty claims would be nice.

There are also cleaner healthier foods you can eat. When people say to eat more, they dont mean 2 more pies of pizza but rather some low glyimec carbs and mono/poly fats and of course protien that are complete not like your crappy incomplete vegetables.
