Islamic nations and Latin American countries have been kind of overdone in the "evil" category, I think it's time we gave another region a chance. Japan of course was a part of the original axis so they're out. China has been evil on an off and on basis for the past few decades. That leaves basically just India. India is now evil.

No offence to our Commonwealth brothers of course, it's purely the sake for the sake of geometrical simplicity.
