you don't need a graph.
Just don't be fooled by the odds to retreat displayed.
The higher odds to win are still better than higher odds to retreat .

Of course, if none of your units has a reasonnable chance to win, you may use flanking 2 horse units (don't use flanking on elephants! they have no native retreating odds, so they never have better than 30% odds to retreat).
