Great job, Aabraxan! How about 20K with high score in mind? Or maybe a Domination win by 1000AD. Or score 10,000, which I've never done.

Do you mean the type where you try and play it for a 2049/2050 20k win (ala SirPleb), or one where you try to win by 20k as fast as possible and try to maximize your score for that turn when you finish?

Also, what size map are you talking about for maximizing score? Do you want to play 60% archipelago or pangea? Either way, pick the Maya, get to the domination limit as quickly as possible and maximize happiness.
