Is it possible to get the command prompt (on Windows 98) to display more than 50 lines or have the ability to scroll through all of the info? Or is there a program that can be downloaded to replace the command prompt that will aloow more lines to be displayed?

I use FAR manager which is a lot more configurable than regular CMD ( Its a DOS-like file browser). You can set it up to display more or less lines, and I think it has hotkeys for scrolling up and down ( I dont use that so I dont know 100% if there are any -- ill have to check)

Certainly on Windows 2000/XP/etc it is: right click on task bar, properties, and then on the Layout tab, change the "Screen Buffer Size" Height (maximum is 9999).

If that's not available ... well, I guess that's Windows 98 for you ;p
