I suppose most people had a fair understanding of what happened in this situation, but I would like to explain my point of view, what I believe to be the necessary course of action and, what is going on.
From the start Delphi county has been a problem for my administration. Delphi, while a relatively small city in the game, holds 6 inhabitants. The city of Delphi along with Sunshine Beach form Delphi county.
Delphi county holds a disproportionate sway over the Kashmir governance. It's excessive population allows it to control a great deal of provincial politics, and to only it's interests. Therefore, when I changed the queues, an uproar was started and I was forced to change it because the majority of Kashmir's citizens live in Delphi county.
What would happen with the loss of Delphi and Sunshine Beach? Kashmir would lose more than HALF of it's overall population. 6 out of Kashmir's 11 citizens live in Delphi.
Any attempts to fix this would be unconstitutional.
disorganizer has never been elected nor nominated for his position over Delphi County. I made concessions in order to retain their loyalty to Kashmir.
This "Rebellion" serves NO purpose whatsoever. NONE. Zilch. Zero. There is no reason whatsoever for it to be tolerated. Yet, the Domestic Department demands a peaceful resolution.
Fivilous, trivial, etc. etc. ALL apply in this situation. Why should this meet a peaceful resolution? Why should the provincial government be allowed to be bullied by a two-city group?
This is why we have provinces. An agreement of appeasement proportions will not solve the problem but put it off. I protest the movements of the Domestic Department to the fullest degree but realize the necessity to cooperate.
