Go to www.nintendo.com register for a mynintendo account, don't forget to supply your mailing address. Register your Gamecube (serial number is on the bottom), Mario Kart and Mario & Luigi (serial numbers should be on included inserts). Wait for confirmation e-mail.
Edit: Also I think you only have till Jan 1 to get them registered, plus its while supplies last and as they had to send out a second disc to a bunch of us, you may want to hurry.

Can't register, cus I'm not American nor Canadian. Stupid Nintendo! (Gonna check the swedish site... let's hope it's possible to get the disc here to... I don't think it is :()

 You got owned by Nintendo of America.

Ahh, the pin numbers. There's been a growing trade in buying and trading those numbers. On a message board I visit daily, a guy is offering 500 beans each (you get 5 a day) for four pin numbers of games that he wants.

They'll bring it to Europe eventually. You guys got Mario Kart three days early, so it all evens out (the fact that you get everything else months late does not matter ;))

Not sure if AOL hosting is the best news but any online plans are better than none.
Well, for those who care about online gaming. The majority of gamers don't. Oh, and what exactly is a ladder service? I only have a vague idea.

I've bought the Mario Kart GC bundle with the Zelda Promotion disc together with my mom and brother as a X-mas gift to our youngest brother (both me and my other brother already have GC's, and infact Mario Kart too ;)).

I hope I can get my own disc though sometime :arr:

Got Super Monkey Ball 2 yesterday. Pretty good.

Last night the woman brought home a couple G3 Wireless controllers from Pelican. I though oh crap not wireless and 3rd party. But now that I've set them up and used them I can't believe I waited this long to get them. Also I checked around the net for reviews and all were good with half saying its better than Nintendo's Wavebird, never used the Wavebird so I can't comment. Also apparently its the only wireless controller available with a rumble feature so it can be used with games like LoZ:WW where such things are necessary. Anyway I really like it so far and if you're looking for a wireless you may want to consider it. (not being paid for my opinion btw ;))

I only have 1 controller and I am thinking of buying a wireless one. The Pelican seems good, but is it better than the original?
And does anyone here play ssx3?

I actually heard the Pelican is awful. It drains batteries like the old Sega Game Gear, and is less reliable than a used Wavebird. It's also really big and bulky too, yuck.

You're better off getting a Wavebird, unless the rumble feature is absolutely essential to you, but I completely forgot about it (until I was playing with my friends and I used a cord-one). The rumble doesn't really matter in LoZ:WW anyway unless you turned the volume off.

Well, I have a Wavebird, and really like it. The lack of a rumble feature stinks, but is no big deal. How much does the Pelican model cost?

About as much as a wavebird. They look as bad as the N-Gage, though.

You bought an N-Gage, didn't you, Sliverflame? ;)

I can't find the button that turns it "on"! Better eat it then.

*munch munch*

Meh, it tastes bad even for a taco. ;)

Remember kids, 5 out of 7 gamers agree that the N-Gage is a better phone than the GBA

Well, now that I've had my birthday and Christmas, my GC library has expanded to:

Metroid Prime
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Soul Calibur II
Super Monkey Ball 2
Need for Speed Underground
NCAA Football 2004

All are good games. :) For those who don't hate sports games, I HIGHLY recommend NCAA Football, even if you're not into college football. It's possibly the best sports game I've ever played. There's a whole helluva lot of stuff, plain and simple.

I don't like Super Monkey Ball as much as the other games. I haven't played multiplayer/party games yet, but I will soon and they look fun. But the single player story/challenge mode is always either frustratingly difficult or boring.

Soul Calibur II, although an improvement over the original and therefore very good, is not fresh enough to rekindle your interest in SC if it's died down. I got bored of it quickly, although occasional vs. fights keep the disk from getting too dusty.

Metroid Prime is HUGE and pretty interesting, but not really that fun in my opinion (and apparently no one else's). I just can't get all that into it, although I think I'll try getting 100%.

Need for Speed Underground is great. The different modes keep the game fresh, and each one is fun in its own way. The graphics aren't as good as I was expecting them to be, but they're decent. The soundtrack is a nice comination of rock and hip-hop, and the racing itself is the best I've seen from a NFS game.

I've barely played Wind Waker at all, but it looks like a fun game.

NCAA 2004 is a wonderful game. I got it for my Xbox though. :p
