Yea, almost finished. I'll post the results mid-afternoon/tonight. Sorry, it's hard for me to do anything this weekend except scream at the TV, brackets in hand.

But Chemistry off Cleo for 20gpt & 531g.
Tell William of my intentions to wipe him out.
Sell Chemistry, 3gpt & 1g to Hammi for Astronomy & a MA against the Dutch.

Switch Odense from walls to Caravel.
Switch Trondhiem from Zerk to Copernicus(I’ll take it if we get it, which we never will. It’s more of a pre-build for Magellan’s’. We also have Smith’s coming up which would be very nice, worse case senario we don’t get any of them & fall back on the Hero Epic.)

Upgrade 2 galleys for 60g.
Whip temple in Chengdu, Hangchow, Nanking.
Whip harbor in Gemfjord & Fauske.

Put scientist in Stockholm.
MM all our cities.


IT- Bodo: Pike>worker

Nanking: temple>worker (help the southern cities get rid of those jungles/marshes. Nanking is also the prime city for our FP when we get our next Leader.)

As you can probably tell I’m thinking a Domination victory will be what we end up going for, so I’m making sure the bottom part of our continent is fully expanded.

1- Upgrade a bunch more gallys.

2- Zerks on their way, load up a few pikes as well.

IT- Kill off an attacking Kn, -1hp to our Zerk.

3- Zerk hops off a galley attacking a Knight, -2hp & retreats him. Second Zerk joins him on the Iron.
Nothing new on the Diplo front, except for some lux/resources we don’t need.
Whip harbor in Arbella(SoZ city).
Zerk kills a Lb next to our city, -1hp but is out in the open(at least it’s a forest tile). I hate to do it, but the city was defended with only a Zerk.

IT- Knight kills our wounded Zerk.
Immortal redlines Zerk on Iron, but he dies.
Dutch complete Sisteen

Persian city of Tier completes Copernicus(new FP location maybe??):lol:

4- With the Wonder cascade broken, I switch to HE in Trondheim as a Magellan’s’ pre-build.
El Zerk kills spear.
Vt Zerk kills spear, retakes Siden. Siden starts on a temple.
Sell Henry our extra horses & gems for 25gpt & 40g.

IT- Immortal kills a Zerk, -2hp.
Xinjain: Pike>Temple

5- Kill a few units, nothing major. More reinforcements.
Break out my dictator whip & rush Zerks in like 6 cities.

IT- Lose our Zerk & Pike that were trying to hold down the mtn, kill 3 Kn & retreat another though.

6- El Zerk gets revenge on the Immortal, takes back the mtn & is reinforced by 3 more Zerks.
Found Batsfjord.

IT- Our Mtn Zerk kills in Immortal, -1hp.
Another retreats a Kn.

7- :wallbash: I just realized that since our SoZ doesn’t have Ivory hooked up to it, we aren’t getting ACs.

They’re down to their last wounded defender, but I’m out of attackers.

8- Dutch drop off an Med Inf & Sw next to Fauske, oops forgot about that city. I rush a wall & pray it will survive.
Wounded El Zerk killed by Pike, but redlines it.
Wounded El Zerk kills Pike, burns Parsarguard to the ground.


Gotta wrap it up there, the next person can play 12 turns.

I’ve been whipping the hell outa our cities, which is why they’re small & MMed mostly for growth.
Everything else is looking good, when I get home tonight I’ll outline my supply lines & point of attack(I just picked up a new photoshop, so maaaaybe I can print screanshots[dance])
I didn’t get as much done as I would have liked, because we were hurting for troops. I think the next person will be pretty well set up.

How valuable is our rep? We have a MA vs the Dutch running :mad: . Since the Dutch have a stack near one of our cities....
 
IMHO, don't trash the rep. Commerce is our lifeblood.

That was my :smoke:, I completly forgot about that city down there or I would have sent some units down to protect it.

While I had good intention(slowing down the tech pace with Magnatism upcoming), leaving the city undefended was definatly a blunder. We'll get it back.
 
Well, what was the reason to make an MA with the Babs in the first place?
 
Cause otherwise, declaring war on the Dutch would've been pointless.:lol:
