Ok, I will bet almost everyteam is going for the great Library. I will also be other teams are not only technologically closer, but are also able to build them in better, more productive cities (surprise surprise).
Known to our current emperor of the FortyJ dynasty, Shen Ling cannot grow beyond a size 5 town. This is not very promising. It won't grow because the masses will not tolerate our undemocratic and despotic government. So, I have realized that to ensure we create a library to show the world how great and wonderous we are, we must make the people in Shen Ling happy.
How do we go about doing that? Well as you may have guessed by the title of this article, we raise the luxery slider. Once we discover literature, we must replace our science slider with our luxery slider at a rate just able to keep up with our population.
Imagine building in a size 8 city-- thats 6 more production per turn.
In fact, I propse we start doing this early-- if we can learn literature before someone else makes the Pyramids, then we can keep working on our prebuild, getting bigger and bigger, until finally we do learn literature, we are almost done with the pyramids. I mean, as long as we switch to TGL before we build the pyramids (like at the last turn) whats the difference between putting shields into the wrong one?

. We could be half way and u never know with the small military we have now the GCA can just come and plan an attack us as soon as they find out we are starting to build something. Right now we need to concentrate on military and settlers, settler, and settlers.
