Intercepted Monetian transmissions make it seem that we have already broken the code and read the message. Unfortunatelly, you can't see what it says.

More of the unusual message has been decoded. Dr. Leon has announced that the message contains an SOS signal. It's entirely possible that the Scalers may be petitioning Technantis and the rest of the nations for help for some unknown reason.

The Scalers can take their petition and shove it. We do not negotiate with terrorists.

Steampunkeria launches several rockets blindly into space. Hopefully one will hit the Scaler home planet. The rocket contained several notes saying Steampunkeria will not support the Scalers and that the rocket will detonate in five seconds... spreading the messages out further.

In other news, a rocket hit a planet of cowboys. There were no survivors. So many papercuts...

A Technantis assemblyman requests silence among the worlds leaders and their representatives. President McCloud walks into the room along with two men, one wearing a suit and the other in a lab coat. "Gentlemen," President McCloud announces. "We have called you all to this meeting due to, as you may well know by now, the Scaler transmission we recently recieved. By now, Professor Leon," he indicates the man in the lab coat, "Has finished decoding the message sent by the Scalers. What it says may be hard for some of you to grasp. Professor?"

Professer Leon stands up and walks to the center of the room, near a slide projector.
