Oh hey. Sorry about not having an update- I've been busy these last few days and completely forgot, but I'll have something for you tomorrow.

Okay, so I lied about an update yesterday. I'm sure we can put that behind us in light of the following:
I should have enabled Domination Victory. Seriously. There are a number of reasons why I should have, but lets hear the top 4.
Starting us off, its:
"Global Warming will #@$% you over in the late game.":
One might need some comparison in order to understand what I'm talking about. Here is my empire from before the planet decided that sandy land was the best land and tried to share this idea with civilization.
And here's after:
Now, to some, this might not seem too bad. "But Copa! It's all around Detroit! Nobody likes them anyway! Well, let's look a little bit east and see what we find:
As you can see, there are a few hundred tiles in my Duumvirate that are no longer producing anything. This leads to less production, more starvation, and some other third thing which is probably really bad.
We move on to our third reason:
"Nukes.":
"Nukes" says a lot of stuff in one word. To many, it means something you throw at Gandhi in the late game. On Deity, it's something Gandhi throws at YOU in the mid-game. To ME, its something your ally uses to decimate half the planet, thus making you so impressed you divert all your resources into making them yourself, only to find out Boudica just built SDI.
Which brings us to reason number 2:
"Crazyness starts spreading when you've been playing the same game for 2 months.":
If you've been reading this (Which the ~5 people who actually comment here do), you'll know that I've spent a LONG time on this game. Playing it has become less of an activity and more like an obligation. Because of this, everytime a turn goes by without a victory message, I lose a bit more of my sanity. Obviously, I've been working hard to capture as many cities as I can (Jewening them too, of course):
As you can see, Mansa and I are basically just competing to see who can capture the most Celtic cities. It's basically the only aspect of this horror-fest I can still call a "game".
Finally we have Reason number 1:
"I WOULD HAVE !@#$%^& WON BY NOW IF I HADN'T SET IT TO "CONQUEST VICTORY ONLY".":
ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG
On a more serious note, I think I'm finally nearing the end of the game. I mean a city is being conquered every turn between the two of us, so really ho many more can there be?

I was going to lets this play out for one or two more updates and then say the world blew up or something.
Anyway, I have another story planned, but to just plain quit still seems like I'm backing out. (I'm probably still going to do it though).
