Well its about 11:50 at night over here, so technically I kept my promise.
To make up for the month-or-something wait between parts 2 and 3, I'm proud to present....

When we left off (like 2 days ago), Copa was trying his bold new strategy: to DO SOMETHING. After a massive fast food boom and lolcats binge, the Egyptians began drawing up their plans for conquest. They were determined to prove their amazing invading ability to the point where it would have to be renamed "Copa-quest".
To do that though, they needed to modernize their military. Luckily, the Mali were more than happy to provide every bit of technology they had spent the game to get.
In addition, the Egyptians needed resources, such as oil. Again, the mali would be more than happy to provide, but wait- this is EGYPT! Don't they basically live on top of oil reserves?
Yup.
So- we had the technology, the resources, and the production centers needed to build our new military. It was time to get 'er done!
Don't worry, it doesn't end here! I'm experiencing some internet problems at the moment and will need to temporarily shut of my router. I intend to finish this post via edits in a few hours. Of course there would be problems with my connection right as I start writing this thing....
....wait a minute....
