As I said the scenario I am making is baseid somewhat on a MP game of Civ 3 I played with several friends.

It depends upon the time when your scenario takes place. Except very early times, Greece never had control of all Balcans. What do you understand by modern scenario? The Ottoman Empire fell some time ago, in one of the biggest war of all times .

Which World War was it? I was told the Ottomans fell in WW1.

I will probably use this map in a Scenario about the French Revolution and Napoleonic Wars that I have planed.
