Yes, I know things take time I just get impatient. Those starting positions work for me, btw what world map are you using? If you want I have a modified world map that uses Rhyes overlarge Europe with a larger Pacific Ocean. The dimensions are 200 x 220 if I remember correctly.

It's TETurkan's 256x256 with some significant modifications made by Yours Truly (e.g., a superimposed conic projection over the area around Italy). I'd nevertheless gladly take you up on your kind offer but I've already put a ton of research and work into this one (e.g., I meticulously researched actual locations of strategic resources, plus a host of other changes).
