Coalition of Non-Aligned Countries

Constitution:
Spoiler :
Coalition of Non-Aligned Countries

Constitution

Article I: The Coalition of Non-Aligned Countries, from now on referred to as Coalition, is defined as an organisation for cooperation between member states, regardless of ideology or type of government.

Article II: All countries can join the Coalition as long as they aren’t members of either the League or the Comintern.

Article III: The binding by which a country becomes a member of the Coalition is of defensive and liberal nature.

a) In virtue of its defensive nature, all members must supply aid to other members if they are attacked by another country.
1. Due to being a liberal institution, the aid to be supplied is to be chosen by each member, ranging from one-time financial aid to full-scale war with the aggressor.

b) In virtue of its defensive nature, members of the Coalition are to pool their SDI investment through the Coalition.
1. Any countries letting down the SDI investment of the alliance will be ejected from it and Article III, Section a) will apply.

c) Due to its defensive nature, members of the Coalition are not allowed to declare war to another member of the Coalition, but they also do not have the obligation to go to war along members of the Coalition who initiated a war.
1. Countries member of the Coalition who attacks another member of the Coalition will be automatically banned from the Coalition and Article II section a) will apply.

Article IV: The Coalition, as an organisation for cooperation, has secrecy policies.

a) Said policies have two levels
1. Top Secret information, which shall not be revealed outside the Coalition
2. Declassified information, which can be revealed or traded with countries not members of the Coalition.

b) Said policies imply that if a member of the Coalition is found guilty of trading or supplying Top Secret information to non-members of the Coalition, Article III Section a) Subsection 1. will apply.

Article V: Any of the Articles, Sections and Subsections in this Constitution can be modified, added or subtracted by a vote of simple majority of members of the Coalition.

India invites all countries not currently allied to the Comintern or the League for Mutual Co-Prosperity.

India extends personal invites to Partitionania, Siberia, the Demon Realm, Takrur, Italy and Scotireland to join the Coalition

Well, ssince I learned that Mosher "accidentally" targeted me for Black Ops, I assume he had a part in the massive theft, and so I'll give him a chance to return what he stole.

You were there when Tani told me how many agents I had; I had far, far less than the minimum required to steal 170something from you. Tani can confirm that I only had 8 agents last turn.

This time no one can stop me. You cannot win. And even if you manage to persuade someone to attack me, the comnitern will support me.
I figure this is as good a time as any; the other member states of the Comintern have decided to exclude Xinjiang from our defensive network until more liberal policies are assumed, and a new (sane) government is put in place.

But I'm not saying you were the ONLY one to steal from me. Just maybe one of them.

Good news to the World, apparently. Bad for Xinjiang.

Sooooo... Tany, are there any secret stats I might want to know about?

The Republic is happy to learn that the Xinjiangs have been excluded from the Comintern. We look forward towards improved relations.

Angola, too, is looking forward to improved relations with the Coruscanti people.

Angola guarantees the independence of all African nations that border Oz

Xinjiang's insanity is literally the only reason tensions exist between the Comintern and the League.

No. Both you and Korea rejected resolution 4. And i just said, that if an invasion, for no reason, happened, then you would support me, as i would have done. But it seems that great power, brings and many enemies.

9/18 players have given orders.

48 hour countdown, or until 17/18 orders are had, now in effect.

In light of tensions over Mozambique, Oz was formally requested to release Mozambique and Ethiopia as clients. The purpose of this was to alleviate tensions with Angola.

As incentive, Hawai'i said it would embargo Oz and expel it from the League if it did not comply.

What's strange is Ethiopia was part of the deal - Angola has repeatedly stated that it only cares for the Sub-Sahara, nations south of the Equator in Africa.

Ergo, Oz has determined that Hawai'i's agenda is hostile to its own, and has formally withdrawn from the League. It has requested entry into the CNC. Hopefully the three most populous nations on Earth can guarantee eachother's security and prosperity.

Yeah, Oz and Xinjiang are accepted as members of the CNC.

No, it's the Coalition of Non-Aligned Countries. Would you join?

Great changes happen in Xinjiang. Christos, the leader of the communist party, decided to start election. The democratic party and the national party made a coalition and with a peaceful revolution, they managed to win. Xinjiang is a democracy, after so many years.

Change in the orders:

Tax rate: from 48% to 43%
