"Given the uncertain status of the Dictator and the National Government, I, Foreign Minister Tochiro, am assuming command of Korea until someone should find the body of the Dictator.
My first act as acting Dictator is to declare a zero tolerance policy for anyone of Hawai'i'an descent. They will all be exported back to their country.
My second act is to officially recognize the navy as Korea's main military striking arm.
My third act is to establish a task force known as the Black Eagles, containing the best of the best of the Army, Navy, & Air Forces. This force will be responsible for the safety of the Dictator, as well as missions of national importance."

Thus, the sun sets on China and Hawai'i, while a big nuclear one rises over Korea and Oz.
In total, the nuclear exchanges have killed 42.4 million people, when the global population was 341 people. That is, 12.4% of the planet's population has been wiped out.

Oz is gratefull that your government has ended the war in Asia, Oz is gratefull it catipulated to Oz but as said before, Oz will never be gratefull for the deaths of 42 million people.

France deploys 228 planes against the Rebels. To their horror, the Rebels wield 256.
The rebels crush the government army, killing 194 and shooting down 25 with their AA batteries. 100 rebel planes are shot down.
The rebel air force descends upon the government like a horde of locusts, somehow losing. They wipe out the French air force but lose 9 of their own and 15 are shot down.
The war remains indecisive, even as the death toll swells.
Total death toll: 622,000 gov't forces, 288,000 rebel forces
For reference, France as a whole has 930,000 people. So basically, the French have killed off half their population and have no end in sight.

The 13th December will forever be remembered as the day of greatest infamy on our world. We cannot let disgrace lead our steps towards the future. That's why India is demilitarising, and that's why it will promote the creation of the ICJ to prosecute those leaders who are responsible for the mass murder of people through air and ballistic targeting.
