I modelled that one, but it looked like crap since the towers were very small in this scale.

So instead i created these two, what do you think of them?

The barricade version looks a bit ridiculous.

A moat would be much better

I like the pallisades, spikes (for a fantasy theme), although a small moat would probably have been better I think for an actual barricade. I think these do great as Fortress/Barricade.

I could probably Photoshop a moat in there, if Kyriakos doesn't care.

What about this? It is logical as a defence against mounted troops mainly:

It could be the fort, and the barricade would have stone walls.

It looks nice alone. But this kind of defense coupled with a wall is not good.

But the barricade here will not have the spikes.

Kyriakos... that would make a Great Medieval Fort.

It could also be nice to make a nice Roman fortified camp with wooden palissade and tower.

Actually a wooden fort is much easier to make, since the wood's texture looks better in my view, so i can stand to let it exist and crawl towards the forums.

But i will need a pic of it (and not one from Asterix)

Kyriakos... I added the Moat from the CIV Game if you want it with the Water I perfer. I see Tom and I had the same Idea.
I made a pcx Palette for the image in the Zip.

Why replace? Make both

So, you are a graphics creationist? According to monsieur Darwin only the fittest survive, and the medieval castle, although far from perfect itself, seems to me to be better as a creation than the roman wooden fort.

Mainly i do not want to surround myself with things which i do not regard as at least somewhat pretty, and the other fort was too simple and in this scale did not seem to look that good.

Btw i had uploaded it, if you still want it you could pm General666 who (i think) has it (9 people had downloaded it before i replaced it).
