Work has started on the cathedral of Florence, which will be the metropolis of the new Italian set :)

This is great work you are doing Kyriakos. :):goodjob: Sometimes I think these wonderful "one-building-cities" should be enlarged to real cities. One interesting way could be to enlarge these "one-building-cities" with sprawlroads. This is better and more individual than by doing it with resources. Keroro made an interesting roadgraphics-file where some of your buildings could be used easily:

As each tile on a given map can be set if it is allowed to carry roads or to don´t carry roads, this tech, this tech allows to create individuell cities over more than one tile with your buildings. I use this methode very successfully in an upcoming WW 2mod and I will use this tech for my CCM worldmap, too. Here the roads are based on Keroro´s work, but these files could always need better graphics for the buildings. :)

Sweet! Could you please add a few more small buildings to the Metro? :) I guess there could be some more inhabitants.

I added one more house, next to the white temple:

Does size 2 look any good? I am not sure if the progression from 1 to 2 is that smooth.

And thank you for your comments, all :)

I really like how the latest versions have turned out. I like the trees, the lighting, it's totally a fresh new version of your art. My one complaint would be the little building added to the most recent. Besides that it blocks the white temple, it looks like it is floating. If you release it this way I'll edit it out in my games. :p

What I was thinking about was maybe a 2nd row of houses around the existing ones, just to show that there are more people living in the metro than in the city.

I simply dont have the amount of new buildings needed to pull that off and have things look good im afraid...

But i reworked a bit the final temple:

As things stand i am very happy with 1 and walled, almost entirely happy with 3, but not so sure about 2...
