I would like to publicly thank Governor Eklektikos for his help with NEP!
I ask the governor to review the cities of his province and post any needed changes and build queues in the turn chat thread.

Tonight I will post my final build queue as governor of this fine province.

I would also like to apologise for my poor performance over the last couple of weeks. This was due to my increasingly hectic RL, which I should have taken account of and appointed an acting governor accordingly.

I wish my successor all the best, and I hope perhaps to be allowed to serve Phoenatica in the future in one of the proposed judicial positions, since I would be able to fulfil such a function by posting from work (as I am now).
