There is something calming about zooming in and watching the waves gently lapping against the shore, the lush landscapes, the troops patiently awaiting orders, and the cities full with life. Every detail works in harmony and transforms the game into a place of relaxation - The art team has truly created something special here!

Built a gorgeous city down a series of cliffs, nestled in a mountain range and overlooking a lake in my previous game. I'm praying they add/someone mods an option to hide the whole ui and move my camera angle more so I can get a better look at how pretty everything is

Now I want a screenshot ^^
Looks way better when you can move the camera around but did my best to capture it's beauty haha. Shame architectural styles are overriden because it was also very pretty with the persian architecture in antiquity.

Yes, the landscapes are stunning, the views are breathtaking, and when you issue orders in quick succession and then watch your commanders lead their units across the countryside and ships plow the waves, it turns into some sort of minimovie. It makes me want to go on the map and walk about there in first person. Come on FXS, take a page from Ubisoft's Anno book! Please, give us close zoom-ins, turned map that holds position, postcard view with no UI and first person mode! Bring us, rulers, closer to our people! 😀

Thank you very much!
The city is like on the steps of stairs, it's really very pretty indeed, and even more with the little lake!
Np! Love the addition of inland cliffs, they're really pretty to settle on and love the way walls work with them. They make combat around them really fun also, I hope they're here to stay in the franchise.
