This is a slightly modified version of the Napoleonic Scenario that comes with C3C
It will be at Monarch level, with five players.

Britain renamed Great Britain technically it should be United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland but that's just silly.

House Rules

• Tech trades are allowed with AIs only and Great Britain/France/Russia may not trade for techs at all! Trading a tech to an AI so another player can 'buy' it will be considered an exploit!
• Great Britain may not declare war on another nation until it holds both London & Paris or anytime thereafter.

I think Britain & France should have their VPs modified in someway to stop a siege mentality setting in. I'd welcome debate on this. Half VPs or a net points adjustment spring to mind.

Maybe a slight increase in VP for GB and France? I don't think there is too much of a chance of a seige mentality because GB will have to fight a more powerful France to get the points.
