do you really want to build a city on the copper? that nullifies the 4 or 5 hammer benefit that working the copper square will produce. in fact, it probably nullifies initial copper benefit of 2 hammers.

i recommend that flotorious reconsider, and build it in the desert E of the copper.

How many workers do we have, and regardless, lets build some cottages and get the commerce flowing.
