This is really not a smilie request but a change of code request for the 
smilie so it becomes thus making ![[party]](/images/smilies/partytime.gif "Party [party]")

Way back in the day we had a smilie that was changed, and it went from brackets to colons. The old code was in brackets because vB wasn't parsing out the :-whatever. So TF made a change in the smilie part of the admin section and it worked differently. That's my understanding of it, anyways, and what he did may have been vastly different.

I think the popcorn one is useful enough to warrant inclusion; frequently when a spirited debate rages and you wish to participate without necessarily drawing fire yourself (because you're don't really care strongly one way or the other) - the popcorn eating observer reminds everyone that their debate is somebody else's entertainment. So cool it, brothers.
