I think it's a scam. Think about it, it's a good idea. They make up a scandal, sell it, fake the sister trying to buy it back to push up the price, and even if she ends up winning they don't lose any money.

EDIT: The person in the description said she stole it, so why does it say that it is not stolen?
 
There's probably something that says you can't sell stolen property on ebay, so they have to put on there that it's not really stolen.

Personally, I think she's a frustrated screenwriter making a last ditch effort to sell her high school comedy script. :)
