The map is Terra and is huge, the speed is normal and the game difficulty is warlord. If I can find out how to put screenshots from the game into posts I will put at least one picture with each post. I"ll try to post every day at least once or twice, I think I will continue the story later today

4000BC:
Gandhi woke up suddenly from his dream. He looked around the primitive fur tent. He was slowly remembering his dream. What was it.....it was made from wood... He got up and went outside, the sun was rising from the jungle and he looked at the other tents. Houses is what I'll call them, and we'll make a......town. He thought as he walked to the campfire too start the fire and tell his tribe his idea. It took them a week to create the settlement. A group of people volunteered to search the area around the settlement. The people made Gandhi their leader since he was the smartest and could lead them. His first order was to name the new city, Delhi.

3640BC:
Gandhi watched as the village grew bigger and bigger as time passed. It had grown much bigger in just a short time. The workers were working on the ivory, corn and gold right by the village. His house (it was more of a hut then a house) was on the highest point of the village. He looked at the stairs to see one of his advisers coming up toward his hut. "Sir, there is something we need to ask you." Gandhi just nodded and looked at the young man. He knew the man's grandfather a hundred years ago when he was the same age as his grandson. The young man's grandfather was a very bright man; he hoped his new adviser would be the same. "The people...they are praying to new gods.
They call it Buddhism." Gandhi nodded. "So is this a problem, sir?" The young man asked. "No, let them pray to their new gods." Gandhi said looking at the young man as he turned around. "Oh also, we will make it our village's religion." The young man nodded silently and walked down the stairs, as fast as he could. He was obviously nervous and wanted to leave Gandhi's view as fast as he could. Gandhi looked back to the outskirts of the town. He could see a small farm forming on the corn.

2960BC:
Gandhi was walking with his warrior escorts toward the new town, Bombay. It was to the south of Delhi, deep in the jungle. Gandhi saw big mountains in the distance. "The new village is on the other side, sir." The warrior said to Gandhi as they stopped to look at the mountains. Gandhi looked at the base of the mountain to see the road curve behind the mountain. The new village was very humid; it had jungles all around it and seemed that the jungles were miles long. It reminded Gandhi the area east of Delhi, his tribe's homeland. Gandhi stayed at the new village to make a new mayor and to help them get started, and then he returned to Delhi. The same year they meet new civilizations. Napoleon to the south was the only civilization they knew where there capital was. Gandhi's scouts also meet other scouts from other civilizations.
Gandhi's new adviser was going toward Gandhi's hut to tell him off the other civilizations. Gandhi's eyes seemed to spark when he heard how close the French where. Gandhi knew that with the close borders war would happed, when it happened he didn't know, for know, he would just expand his empire peacefully, but he started to build up an army.

2960BC-780AD:
For the next two thousand years there was peace. The Indian empire had met other civilizations, their cities' borders increased, and they gained access to copper and iron. This time period however was when the most barbarian activity. The borders of India were most attacks took place, farms were burned every day, and mines were burned down with workers still in it. To respond to this, India increased their army to quite a deadly force. Also their technology was the best in the world. India became the most powerful nation. It had two holy cities for Buddhism and Christianity. However, most of the world was Hindu. The other empires increased their armies and land size, this caused tensions to rise. War just seemed right around the corner. India had but their main army into Delhi, waiting for the order to invade France. It wasn't India or France who started the war however, it was America. In 760AD, America declared war on France. 20 years later, India declared war on France. The French War begun.

Corporal Fredrick learned against a once beautiful house. He had taken off his iron helm and cloth shroud around his head to cool off. His short, dirty, black hair had a little spot with nothing on it. It looked like it was cut by a rugged axe. He took out one of the Spanish cigars that they capture from the French city Tours. He toke out two stones and rubbed them roughly together to create a spark, and lit the cigar. He put the two stones in his supply pouch and put the cigar in his mouth. His once shaking hands stopped as he breathed in, then he exhaled a puff of smoke. He looked at the broken down street. Houses were broken down and some were gone completely. He remembered when he watched the catapults barraging the town, flames arising from the once proud city. He remembered his company of crossbowmen, the only company of crossbowman that survived the battle of Paris charged toward the walls, firing arrows as they ran. The walls collapsed from the catapults, all the troops then charged into the city. He remembered when he ran in the city, an axe man soldier jumped him from an ally. He fired right in time, the arrow went through the soldier's neck. He fell to the ground, putting his hands around his neck. He then ran for cover as the archers shot arrows toward the charging army. The leader of his company yelling orders at all of them to give the rest of the army covering fire. He remembered when he stuck his head out a little, an arrow grazed his cheek. However, at the end of the week the Indian army finally killed or captured all French forces in Tours. He remembered how naive he was at the beginning of the war. He thought it would be easy victories because the French army were behind the Indians in technology(in fact, on the list they were dead last) but the Indian army found out they fought to the bitter end, just like in Paris. The war had been lasting for hundreds off years. Gandhi and his advisers had predicted it to only last for ten years, but they had under estimated the French army and the French people. They had learned this after the Battle of Paris, perhaps the bloodiest battle in the war. The Indian army had crossbowmen, swordsmen, war elephants and catapults. The French army only had archers, spearmen and axe men. However, the French just learned how to use horses for military uses. Fredrick took another puff out of the cigar, his patrol was about to start again. They were not patrolling for the French anymore; they had made peace with them. The French moral had been destroyed after Central and Western France were taken over. They asked for a peace treaty in exchange for Charter.(which was destroyed by barbarians because I couldn't get troops there in time:mad: ) Shortly after however, Spain declared war on India. They sent troops already at Tours over and over. By the time they crossed the desert they were tired and their moral was low. They became easy targets for the 2nd Crossbow Company. Fredrick's companies were veterans of the Western Campaign and the Battle of Paris. The troops coming from Spain were new, never fought in their lives. Most of the veterans were fighting in Greece.(In which they have been fighting since 10AD) Gandhi was planning to attack Spain any way for their holy city of Hinduism. Right now India has been on the defense to mobilize a new army to attack Spain. Corporal Fredrick put out the cigar and walked toward HQ for the troops to meet with his squad to patrol. He picked up his crossbow and put it on his back. He looked at a young French child make hand gestures at him. Half of the French population hated the Indians, and the other half loved them. Fredrick was in the part of the city that hated them because it had the most "Military" targets. The town was split in four zones. One zone was in complete Indian control, another was destroyed, just rubble left. The third one were most of the French hated the Indians and where some soldiers were even attacked. Then the fourth was the War Zone, or the area were Spanish soldiers could easily attack. Outside the city was a forest were Indian soldiers patrolled to make sure the Spanish didn't attack from the forest. Then there was the long desert. In fact, all the south and west of the city was desert. Fredrick reached HQ and went inside. His sergeant was there with the rest of his squad.
"Your late, Fredrick."
He said in an angry tone. Fredrick nodded slowly.
"I'm sorry, sir."
He said as he stood straight instead of slouching. The sergeant looked back to the rest of the squad.
"Alright today, were going to patrol the forest. Scouts tell us there are some swordsmen trying to bring Tours back to the French. So get ready, we're leaving in five."
The sargent went outside as the rest of the squad went into the supply room to get some arrows, or a new axe. Fredrick went over to Johnny. Johnny looked at Fredrick.
"Where were you?"
"The ruin area, you know, sector two."
Johnny looked at Fredrick as if he were insane. "You know some of the French rebels are making their base there. Just yesterday the Axe men squad was..."
"I know, I know." Fredrick said quickly. "It's enough sarge chews me out for going there, but you?" He said as he picked up some arrows and put them in a quiver. He put an arrow in the crossbow and pulled the string back. Johnny sighed, knowing he couldn't change Fredrick's mind about going there and picked up arrows also and loaded his crossbow.
"So when do you think we get to go home?" Johnny asked as they walked out.
"When Gandhi takes over the world..." Fredrick said sarcastically and in a sort of whisper as they were walking closer to the sargent.
The sargent looked at Johnny and Fredrick but said nothing. "Alright, we're heading out now. Hope you got all you needed because I don't want to haul any dead bodies because you forgot something at HQ." He said snickering a little.
He was talking about when one of the new crossbowmen who came from the Delhi actually forgot his crossbow at HQ and just cowered behind a building the whole time. The sargent tried to get him a dishonorable discharged but they needed all the troops they had for the French territory. So instead, they relocated him to Paris.
The 2nd Crossbow Company headed toward the forest about noon

The Second Crossbow Company reached the forest about six o'clock and had set up a camp in about an hour. Fredrick looked around the forest clearing to see lines and lines of tents. Fredrick had a Spanish cigar in his mouth unlit; he just chewed on it a little while he thought about past battles.
His thought was disturbed when his sergeant started to yell at a new recruit. Fredrick watched for a little bit, listening to the yelling. The private had set up his tent wrong and for some reason this was important.
After the sergeant had finished yelling at him he looked at the rest of the twelve man squad. "Alright, tomorrow we're going on a Spanish hunt. Word from our scouts says that there were some troops going across the desert at night. So they either are in this forest or gone insane from the heat. So get your rest now so we can get up bright and early."
Fredrick took off his iron helmet, cloth shroud and his equipment bag. He placed them at the foot of the tent and went inside. It was the same tent he had first gotten at the start of the war. Small, dirty and had patches all over it. Fredrick looked at the top of the tent, chewing his cigar while he closed his eyes.
His eyes felt heavy from marching and the cot, as hard as it was, felt well. In a few minutes he was asleep. He had a restless sleep, he dreamed all night of the war.
The Indian army was right by the French borders and was just awaiting the order to invade. The French had always been too close for comfort too India. Gandhi also wanted to reunite the North, claiming that all the northern civilizations were once from the same tribe. This created a surge of strong feelings toward war. People signed up for the armies in thousands and almost all production was put toward arms production.
In 760 AD, America had declared war on France and then India declared war on France. America never did anything major in the French War but they did create a distraction for the French army. It also allowed for an easier time getting through the borders of France. Fredrick was a private in the Second Crossbow Company when the war started and was one of the first to actually go into French lands. The Second Company was also the first one to fight. As soon as they ran out of the humid jungle a battalion of chariots were heading right toward them.
Fredrick remembered the fear he felt as he saw about fifty or more chariots heading toward them. He was in the front line and started to shake uncontrollable. Then the Colonel yelled "What are you soldiers doing!? Fire at them!" There was what looked like thousands of arrows heading toward the chariots. Ten chariots feel, but the others kept on coming; they were only thirty feet away. He finally snapped out of his fear, accepting that he would probably die; he loaded another arrow and fired it. This time Fredrick killed his first person. He watched as the man was flung back from the force of the arrow and was run over by the chariots behind him. He knew this might happen to him if they didn't fight. Twenty feet away. Fredrick loaded another arrow, this time he shot a horse. The Horse feel down, causing the chariot to collapse to its side. The horse behind it tripped over, thus the same thing happen. Ten feet away. Fredrick began to sweat, it felt like they had been fighting for five hours when it could only be five minutes or more, he couldn't tell anymore. He loaded another arrow and fired at another horse. He didn't even see if he hit the horse, he grabbed his axe like all of the other crossbow men did. They had killed twenty five of the horse men by the time they had come up close. He prayed to Buddha that he would be able to live and tell his family and his future children about this day. Then the noticed arrows fired behind them, all of them hitting their targets. It turned out the veterans of the barbarian wars had been saving their arrows for the last moment to get better aim. He noticed there was a large gap between the front line chariots and the chariots behind them. He smiled as more arrows from behind them hit more chariots. The veterans were able to load and fire about thirty seconds. He picked up his crossbow and loaded it and fired. It didn't hit anything but he felt good any way. The chariots started to run away, only to be flanked by the very experienced spearmen of the barbarian wars. All the recruits cheered when the last of the chariots were killed. The veterans knew however that it was far from over. They walked ahead of the recruits as if nothing had happen. Fredrick looked at them all at awe; they seemed so calm, so deadly. He envied them, he wish he could be like them. He sighed with relief for being alive and started to march behind the veterans. He was so naive back then, he would soon envy the old him. He would learn the horrors of war.

I noticed a lot of views on the view page and no posts, so if there are anything suggestions to make the story part better or complaints just post them so I can make the reading more fun then a chore. Thanks

Hi.

At this time, the story is really hard for me to read. I suggest adding more paragraph breaks, and possibly getting rid of the bold font to make it easier on the eyes. A few pictures would also be nice.

Also, just as a reminder, with dialouge, you have to start a new paragraph everytime someone speaks, otherwise it gets confusing.

Your writing is pretty good though, so keep it up! :)

I agree with Minoan. This story gives you a headache just looking at it. the writing is good, but more paragraphs/pictures would make this story even better

Thanks, I'll keep your tips in mind. This story won't continue though because the save became corrupted some how and had to delete it.
