I still got a grudge against you from earlier. I don't remember anymore what was the reason, but someday I swore revenge against you no matter the cost which is why I switched to Police State, Nationhood, Theocracy and Professional Army that day. Your offer of working together to sabotage Kazhakstan and later that African country I only used to gain your trust and build up troops without having to worry about your Terrorists or Spies. Now that I had my Transport full with Marines and a Battleship in range, a Special Forces in Caracas and saw that you had a measly three unpromoted units there I knew it was time to strike. That the RNG decided to screw me over in the worst of all possible situations, well that is just though luck, literally.

What would you gain even if you did capture Panama? Can you hold it? Why didn't I see anyone in Bogota last turn, must be totally loosing focus. What should I do with you now? Nuke you to death?

I had to promote those units, silly me. I kept that for a rainy day, but flooding came unexpected.

Weeeeeeeeelllllll that was probably the most horrendous fail I´ve ever had in Civ4, and there is no way you won´t conquer me within the next ten turns.

Can I retire? This is obviously lost and I hereby publicly admit my complete and utter defeat at your hands in this game.
