Unless anyone has any objections, I wouldn't mind trying to help out with the library, even if a new one is coming out soon. There is a four or five month gap in the units, and people really could use this library. I wouldn't mind updating it, but by looking at the New Librarian Thread thread, it seems like a specific format isn't set. I agree that previews slow some people down and are too time consuming but I wouldn't mind posting the thread links, download links, and a small summary. I also really liked the civilopedia entries, but those should be added by kind souls into the actual unit threads. 
Anyway, this is something for me to do, I check the forum at least every 3 days, and my internet works alright enough to do it. If anyone has a specific format or objection in mind, please PM me and tell me it/tell me your objection. If no one says anything about it, I'll just start adding tomorrow. Hope this is okay!

Maybe being considerate is out of style in some places, but I'm not adding previews unless many more people and a couple of moderators request it. Right now it is probably easier for the phone modem users to follow the link and see the preivew there. It may take a while for that, but if I added all of the previews for every unit, they couldn't load this page in any reasonable timeframe. I had phone modem once too, I know what it's like. And about people getting into the 21st century, cable and DSL is not everywhere yet. I have a friend who practically lives across the street, and DSL or cable wasn't available to him unitl last month, whereas I've had it for two years. Ever heard of the mountains? I'm sure there are people who live out in the sticks who can't get DSL or cable if they wanted too. If you want to flame me, please just PM it to me, that way this thread stays clear. By the way, the intent of this thread is to provide the downloads, thread links, and a little info and categorization into the library, and I think that it is working just fine.
