The World Commune PBEM

I am about to start a PBEM based on one of the "start the game with modern technology" mods in Play the World (v. 1.21). I am then going to post the turn as a download and who ever wants plays the turn then posts the turn again, we work to build up a world based on communal principles where the only way to win is cultural or diplomatic. Is there any interest in having something like that in existence?

Anyone who wants to grab a turn, grab a turn. Don't set a password (like I made the mistake of for player one) but we can get around passwords by hitting return twice (still valid after the patch, right, rules reptiles?)

Sadly, it wont let me down load it. The page just keeps on loading and loading. It doesnt come up with the save screen

Well, I had just played 2 PBEM games so I forgot to reinstall 1.21...

Oh yes, the game. It crashed PTW 3 times. I cant load it.

Well I am afraid here is another good idea going nowhere. Maybe the problem is that my Netscape can't download anything from CFC (I need to use IE for downloading) and my IE won't post anything to CFC because of memory problems. So mark this thread dead.
