To nations in the massive research project on Electronic Computers:
We find it ludicrous that the project's funding/progress has only gone forward by a handful of IC. Though we had to reduce our funding somewhat this past year due to the collapse of order in the east, we still provided money. That means that at best only two or maybe three of the other nations in this endeavor committed any money at all to the project.
How can this be?
This joint mission is being undertaken by a massive conglomerate of 19 nations, among these some of the finest economies of the world or their respective regions!
Realistically, OUR national main priority in terms of funding should be the military effort to restore order in our eastern states. What other commitments do you have that preclude you from research funding?
We sincerely hope that this year all nations will re-commit some funding to the project to achieve its completion!

The USSR accepts Turkey into the Socialist Security Pact on the provisos that they remain socialist; should elections bring about a right-wing government we shall have to expel you from this alliance.
The USSR would also accept Turkey into the Socialist Research Fund on the same conditions.

The UN is taking it's sweet time deciding on Resolution 4-56 regarding the UN Peacekeeping Force to help us. But, whether or not it passes in Leadership Council, we have no time to wait anymore.
We hereby invoke the terms of our Alliance as we had signed them, and request that you please commit any troops you can spare to help us destroy the radical rebellion and restore the peace and order Abyssinia had enjoyed not so long ago. Whether you submit them to UN supervision if/when the UN Peacekeepers arrive is at your discretion.

This leaves two technologies known to Chile but not the rest of the Fund.
Regarding the fund, how much are you willing to commit? Brazil will commit 4 IC to be used towards a military technology. We understand that Chile is also attempting to finance a nuclear program however we want the fund to be an effective organization.
