The Communists under Trotsky were the "Bolshewiky" - I don't know how to spell this in English - it is a russian word (cyrilic letters) and written differnetly in every language...by pesoloco
What in the world is Boljevism?
The opposing goup in Russia were the "Menshewiky" - they were less extrem, they wanted the Communism too, but not at all means. The "Bolshewiky" under Trotsky won the fight in Russia and got the power. Then Lenin became chief and everything became a bit more extreem too - even i´f he made some non-communist things with Russia which were good for the State.. (In fact - the USSR only survived that long becuase they made many things which weren't exactly Communism

Anycase - the Germans, and other Europeans - called the Russian Communists "Bolshewiky" and the system "Bolshevism". I think Hitler never said "Communists" when talking about the Russianns.
