Thingee to tell you who's had their turn in a pitboss game

Is anyone working on a utility which does this? Currently only the host knows who's had their turn or not, it would be nice if there were a program which would periodically ask the hosts computer who's had their turn so far.

If no one's working on it I may make it myself, although I would need someone to tell me how to extract the text from the game window, so I can put something like this in my program: if (asterixNextToName == true) then (playerHasHadTurn == true).
