I'm playing with uppi's PatchMod with rebalanced REF v. 1.02 and ozzy's Accurate American starts for PatchMod.

Before you ask, yeah, I'm cheating and pumping out insane amounts of Liberty Bells, but I thought uppi's mod completely removed the dependence of Lbells on REF growth?:

has to be a calculation error, most likely due to use of a bad performing cheat function.
