Was Elton John's song entitled Tiny Dancer really about his reproductive organ? I really like the song, I just feel a bit weird knowing he was probably talking about something other than a beautiful, petite ballet dancer.

Knowing that Elton John is a but, well, nutty. I would suspect that he was referring to his "happy place" :yuck:.

He's still alive?

After reading the lyrics, I can only see the last half of the last line that could fit your suggestion... It would be weird to address your penis as a "she".
Then again, it's Elton...
Blue jean baby, l.a. lady, seamstress for the band
Pretty eyed, pirate smile, youll marry a music man
Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand
And now shes in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand

Jesus freaks out in the street
Handing tickets out for god
Turning back she just laughs
The boulevard is not that bad

Piano man he makes his stand
In the auditorium
Looking on she sings the songs
The words she knows, the tune she hums

But oh how it feels so real
Lying here with no one near
Only you and you can hear me
When I say softly, slowly

Hold me closer tiny dancer
Count the headlights on the highway
Lay me down in sheets of linen
You had a busy day today

Blue jean baby, l.a. lady, seamstress for the band
Pretty eyed, pirate smile, youll marry a music man
Ballerina, you must have seen her dancing in the sand
And now shes in me, always with me, tiny dancer in my hand

his penis is a seamstress?

he has even more talent than i thought.

Actually, I think Bernie Taupin wrote it about somebody, but I forget who.

If he was he probably wouldn't have called the song "Tiny" Dancer.

Kind of embarrassing.

Now excuse me while I laugh my ass off at the immature innuendo.
