To Raze or not to Raze

I raze it if its location not has a perfect location in my Empire...

IT DEPENDS!

If I'm on a tiny map and want to win by conquest and the enemy civ has a better culture I usually keep only cities that I need and raze the others.

If I'm on a large or huge map I usually keep them to expand into a collosal superpower.

If i'm on a standard map I only keep the ones near to my border,with wonders and with key resources.

You should find an efficent strategy for yourself.

If I am playing Rhye's mod I usually keep captured cities because settlers are so expensive, but in the normal game I like to raze all enemy cities.

It depends. close to me, resourse or wonder, I keep. also I like to keep certian ones to advance my airforce.
