Tooltipps for Loading Screen

When I start a new game or load a game, I spent minutes (depending on map size) looking at the loading screen seeing the short story of the leader/civ I will play. (When testing a mod, I usually just use a random civ.) Unfortunately the unique units, buildings and improvements, etc. do not have tooltipps (MouseOver Info), so I only see the names but no details. It would be great if the player could get the complete gameplay info on the leader/civ he is going to play from the loading screen.
