Humanity has long been worthless to me and is the entire biggest joke on Earth.

I mean I have no intention of jumping on the kneejerk anti-incel bandwagon, but... you rather quickly progressed from your "hey, we're not all bad" post to posting stuff like the above which, to be brutally honest, does kind of make you sound like someone who might be on the verge of a gun rampage. Is it "kneejerk" if you can clearly outline exactly why being an Incels is bad and why they are a risk factor in society? Seems like it being kneejerk would require the position to lack nuance and deliberation, being an entirely instinctive emotional rejection instead of something that can be immediately described.

Well yes you can clearly outline exactly why being an Incel is bad and why they are a risk factor to society.... provided you define "incel" as meaning something like "bunch of misogynists who feel entitled to rape women and kill people". But weirdly enough I'm not prepared to just take the word of people who aren't incels that that is a reasonable definition. Especially when some of the people throwing that definition around have a track record of giving the same sort of definition to loads of other groups and individuals that it clearly doesn't actually apply to.

Have you considered starting a #PerfectlyIllustratingExactlyWhatIWasSayingAboutThisThread hashtag? Or possibly something a littler shorter given the character limit, but hopefully you get the point.

Edit: Also, isn't the reason for mocking things like "#NotAllMen" usually based around something like "well no-one was ever claiming it was literally all men in the first place, so this is unnecessary"? Whereas that is actually what is being claimed here about the lovely incel chaps.

If you have some evidence that the Incels ideology is harmless and a-okay, you're certainly welcome to share with the class. We've done our part in sharing evidence that it isn't harmless, often with direct quotes of actual Incels.

For the most part over these past 18 pages, all arguments that being anti-Incels is in some way irrational tend to require the person making such a claim not having even read or interacted with Incels material or individuals. You yourself scoffed at the very notion of entering a space for Incels and having a gander, yet seem sufficiently confident that any opposition to their ideology is a mere circumstance of a "kneejerk bandwagon".

As I noted towards the beginning of the thread, the incel community isn't a misogynist rape-fantasy echo chamber per se. In fact the term and the group were originally crafted by a woman; conceived of as an all-inclusive support group for people (particularly for women, minorities, and parts of the queer community) who felt that the prevailing social mores made dating, whether due to their physical appearance, identity, or ethnicity, particularly fraught. Some of these communities still exist. However, many of the sites and forums were eventually taken over by misogynists or closet-misogynists looking for an excuse to explain why their entitled Moderator Action: Word removed was being wholesale rejected. The inclusive-aspects of the movement, as well as those members of the community most ostensibly represented by those aspects were pushed to the peripheries in favor of advancing an absurd narrative about a broad-reaching women-led conspiracy to deprive self-styled less-than men of women they should otherwise be obtaining.

The public face of the Incel community is now explicitly misogynist, both in the discourse they have adopted, and in the fact that they explicitly reject the possibility of women even being incels. Any perusal through Incel subreddits and forums, such as r/Braincel make that immediately apparent.
