[R&F] Traders visible in fog of war

So I bought Rise and Fall yesterday and so far I am loving it. The only weird thing is that I can sometimes see traders of other civilizations or city states in areas of the map that I do not have visibility over. It doesn't even show me what civ it belongs to I just see the man sitting on a cart with a camel.

Yeah, this one has been around for a while. Used to affect Naval Raiders too, but that one was fixed.
