There are two resources I never seem to have and I cannot see them in the list of other leaders even the "won't trade".

Aluminium and Uranium.

Is there any other way of obtaining these other than by force as when I try that I get nuked.

One of the corporations (Aluminum Co ) produces aluminium. In my experience the AI will trade for both, but the price they want is very high. They are both unlocked rather late, so if you are not seeing them in the trade list, it is possible that the AI has not yet researched the required technology. You could sell it to them, but if you're that far ahead, I suspect its easier to win without them.
